This person will be required to drive exceptional working practices to deliver the required results. The successful candidate must have the capability to implement a strategic business plan, drive through on actions and ultimately drive profitable growth in the account set. The ability to build deep and sustainable relationships at all levels in the partner is crucial for this role.
Responsible for sales account management of channel distribution partners, driving profitable growth and enablement across the entire product portfolio (Client products, Storage, Servers, Networking & Services )
Engage closely with distributor on inventory planning and channel sales activities to drive optimal coverage
Drive development of strategic plans, sales planning and strategic activities, working closely with wider regional sales team, channel organization and relevant cross functional stakeholders
Provides channel partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company products and offering
Perform detailed Account / Territory reviews on an on-going basis ; drive quarterly and weekly forecasting and planning
Foster strong relationships with the key players and decision makers within the aligned partners
Strong external and Channel sales experience.
Partner development skills with the ability to build out and execute to a robust business plan.
Program management skills
Experience and strong ability to liaise with channel partners at an executive level - face to face.
Product knowledge in SMB segment – clients, storage, servers, networking & services.
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
