Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve objectives by acting as a liaison between Dell EMC and its customers providing Dell's range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative techniques to create results for Dell EMC and Dell EMCs partners and customers in the Adriatic region, including Bulgaria

  • Beginning to develop relationships with an assigned partner and maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, basic issue resolution, and footprint expansion

  • Collaborates with manager to develop territory plan to identify key target markets and plans sales campaigns to drive demand for a dedicated partner

  • Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extensions to existing or new customers

  • Accurately updates and utilizes Salesforce.com to track all sales activities

Essential requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience in IT, with focus on client and enterprise solution selling

  • Good understanding of the full range of products and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs

  • Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators

  • Results-oriented team player

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced level of English
