SEYMOUR PACIFIC DEVELOPMENTS LTD. Junior Sales Representative in Winnipeg, Manitoba

In the Junior Sales Representative, you will play a primary role between internal purchasing and accounting teams, as well as, working collaboratively with external suppliers representing Red River Lumber. The Junior Sales Representative tasks will include providing product information to customers, processing sales orders, maintaining spread sheets, and data entry as required. You will partner with purchasing teams and assist with processing product requests, providing quotes, and sourcing for purchase.

Your contributions to the team:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Identify and target potential new customers through market research and networking.

  • Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Provide customers with product information, technical specifications, and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.

  • Assist with managing inventory levels and purchasing.

What you need to be successful:

  • Sales Experience in the building materials/logistics industry an asset.

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of building materials an asset.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and related programs an asset.
