Tower Crew Supervisor

This includes tower climbing, inbuilding/DAS, electrical and the deployment of fiber optics. Centrally located in Lansing Michigan, we offer services throughout the Midwest region. Our tower division is rapidly growing, and we are looking fora tower crew supervisor.

Responsibilities of a tower
crew supervisor:
- Oversee construction of RF modifications & new builds
- Manage and lead multiple service crews to maintain wireless services
- Instruct, develop, and motivate crews
- Coordinate with the office regarding material, equipment rentals, customers, etc.
- Read, comprehend, and execute construction documents
- Communicate and submit information using word, excel, outlook, etc.
- Perform sweep/PIM/fiber tests
- Understand and implement proper safety procedures
