Duties: Responsible for development of Advanced Collateral Management System. Analyze, design, and develop software programs. Write programs, test, and suggest better alternate solutions to enhancements and issues in modules. .Net Development, SQL Development, File messaging, performance and scalable development tuning, Agile team development. Gather business and user requirements. Review, analyses and evaluate business systems, user needs and translate these into functional specifications. Object oriented development, unit testing. Write, modify, enhance, test, and debug program using .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, SQL. Participate in system design specification sessions to provide design options and solutions. Support production systems as required by resolving operational production problems.

Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $139,464 to $160,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience.

Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Pega Systems Application Development; Oracle and SQL Database Development; Linux using Putty and IBM Webspere; File Messaging, performance, and scalable development tuning; Analysis, design, testing, development, documentation, and implementation of BPM – PEGA /Pega technology applications; and SOAP Services and SOAP/REST Connectors, Class Design, UI Interface, Administration Tools, Debugging Tools, and Security.
