Charles Schwab Manager, Business Systems Analysis in Westlake, Texas

Duties : Perform Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) computer systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems and customize them for the organization. Evaluates complex user requests, projects, and clarifies objectives and functional requirements for new or modified computer programs. Conducts and prepares feasibility studies for new applications and/or existing ones and makes decisions within general parameters under little supervision. Gather, define and prioritize business requirements and ensure those requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications for configuration & custom features development for IBM OpenPages GRC application. Directly engage with business and technical teams, product owners, stakeholders at various levels to implement the GRC Framework across the company. Work closely with the agile scrum teams and product owners to prioritize the GRC models implementation. Track and manage dependencies across lines of business and platforms. Understand various GRC applications from a technical and business perspective and design solutions for integration with the mainstream Openpages application. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $131,600 to $179,900 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field. Position requires 4 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Design & Implement the GRC solutions using IBM OpenPages or RSA Archer; Deliver efficient risk management platform using IBM Openpages, RSA Archer, and IBM Cognos tools; Analyze the business risk, compliance, audit requirements, and translate them into technical specifications, prototypes, mockups, and solutions to be developed in SDLC agile methodology; Develop custom features including triggers, UI helper screens, batch jobs, and notifications using Java EE, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Dojo, JQuery, React JS, and IBM OpenPages; Develop reports using IBM Cognos and Cognos Analytics in administrating Oracle DB and integrating these databases with IBM Cognos; Analyze technical issues, installation, and upgrade of IBM Openpages, IBM Cognos, Oracle, or DB2 databases; and Integrate Openpages and RSA Archer with Walter Kluwers compliance system, and One Trust Risk Assessment system, and Informatica Data Privacy System.
