LPN positions available, Weekends only (Fri, Sat, & Sun)
As an LPN, you will be responsible for the direct care of our residents. Provide regular resident status updates to appropriate personnel. Assist with treatment plan for each assigned resident. Complete required documentation. Maintain ongoing communications with physicians concerning resident care. Ensure effective interactions with patients and families. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
(2) years nursing experience (Long term care preferred).
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
CPR and first aid certification
Must be available every weekend
