Who We Are Seeking:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Station Leader to contribute to our multi-site operations in alignment with company goals. This role involves leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional Airline Ground Transportation Services. As an Assistant Station Leader, you will collaborate with the Station Leader to foster a team of accountable professionals committed to providing outstanding service and surpassing client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Your role as Assistant Station Leader will encompass:

  • Providing leadership for transportation and schedule management functions.

  • Operating as a successful business unit by reporting on revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.

  • Ensuring a commitment to safety is demonstrated by all team members.

  • Coordinating activities to achieve "Raving Fan" service levels and exceed client expectations.

  • Managing internal/external communications, including MOR, FCR, HR, and incident reports.

  • Directing recruiting and employee acquisition initiatives, including ongoing training metrics.

  • Leading the Performance Management process, including performance assessments and training plans.

  • Developing a team that adheres to SkyHop Global values and standard operating procedures.

  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance requirements and records.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal departments and customers.

  • Bring a high level of passion for exceeding client expectations.

  • Have experience addressing customer needs and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules and projects.

  • Possess strong technical skills for producing accurate and timely reports.

  • Be fluent in English; a second language is helpful.

  • Have a minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries (a plus).

  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and/or evenings.
