The Talent Management Leader for the Imaging Segment will lead the strategy & hands-on implementation of scalable solutions in all areas of talent management, culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for GE Healthcare’s Global Imaging Segment with $10B in annual revenue and 10,000 colleagues worldwide.

Job Description

This role will be accountable for evolving our talent management and development practices and programs, leading the activation of our DEI strategy, and driving and measuring progress against key people and culture priorities that span across Imaging businesses.

Areas of focus include but are not limited to talent development and succession planning processes, DEI strategy activation, culture activation, listening strategy, demand planning for career and development programs, driving and measuring progress against key people and culture priorities than span across Imaging businesses.

This role will be a member of the Imaging HR leadership team and member of the extended Global Talent and DEI Organizations for GEHC

The ideal candidate will be a results oriented critical thinker with strong business acumen and project management skills. They will bring a depth of experience in people and culture, organizational development, and DEI practices and will be skilled influencing without formal authority.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve our talent practices and programs and manage the process execution across the organization focused on desired outcomes. (i.e. talent review, succession planning, development planning, bench strength initiatives)

  • Lead the activation of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy activation plan, playing a hands-on role of in the achievement of results while maintaining consistency with the overall organization approach.

  • Be a culture carrier, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and execute plans to deeply embed the aspired GE Healthcare culture.

  • Lead organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives and other large-scale organizational strategies that impact the Imaging segment.

  • Provides program management guidance and project planning for organizational operating model related deliverables.

  • Monitor and track key talent metrics, proactively bring visibility is issues, and drive appropriate actions to improve performance.

  • Champion and coach simplification, acting as a role model reducing complexity and building capability in individuals and teams.

  • Partner within internal People and Culture centers of excellence to access, understand, influence, and apply processes and resources effectively. (i.e. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Analytics, Listening etc.)

  • Be an enterprise contributor, seeking opportunities to get involved and leverage your experience and expertise for impact on the broader business and people/culture initiatives beyond your normal scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • 7+ years relevant work experience; experience in HR business partner type model preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience working in global mid-large sized, matrixed organization.

  • Experience working globally across multiple business units and functions

  • In-depth understanding of organization and talent development concepts and principles gained either through formal education and/or substantial work experience in client HR roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted and influential relationships with leaders to enable rich coaching, feedback, and influence in business decisions, especially those impacting people and culture.
