Description

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely deliveries. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure, please apply!

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely deliveries

· Assign and dispatch drivers to loads, taking into account factors such as driver availability, load priority, and route optimization

· Monitor and track shipments in real-time, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders as needed

· Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during transit, such as delays or lost shipments

· Maintain accurate records and reports, including driver logs, shipment manifests, and delivery confirmations

· Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

· 1+ years of experience in a dispatching or logistics role, preferably in the freight industry

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· Proficient in dispatching software and technology, such as TMW or McLeod

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
