Job Description
Description:All In-Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting comprehensive testing plans for software developed on the Pega Platform, mentoring junior testers, and overseeing all aspects of the testing process. The Test Specialist will leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Resource Skillset:
Active IRS MBI clearance preferable
Familiarity with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work remotely and securely.
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
Develops comprehensive testing plans that align with project objectives and risk assessments.
Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to less experienced testers, fostering their professional development through knowledge sharing and hands-on experience.
Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
