About the Role:
The Kinetic Media team is looking for a leader for our in-house paid search team. This role is accountable for a multi-million dollar paid media program, driving strategy, optimizations, increasing leads and managing a team. In your role as the Paid Search Marketing Manager you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
Your work will involve strategizing paid search campaigns that utilize demographic targeting, remarketing, custom audience lists, and custom automation. You will handle bid management for paid search, apply digital marketing strategies, and oversee a budget with the aim of delivering immediate results for Kinetic.
What You’ll Do:
Assume full ownership of Windstream Kinetic's paid search channel, managing everything from strategy formulation to execution, with the objective of generating leads and optimizing cost and volume goals.
Conduct keyword research, determine their relevance, and carry out competitive analysis.
Advise on landing page strategies and participate in planning and optimizing landing pages.
Demonstrate a strong analytical ability and a track record of drawing actionable insights from large data sets.
Conduct A/B testing on various campaign variables to increase budget efficiency, improve lead conversion, expand search impression share, and enhance ROI for Kinetic.
Design strategy, manage marketing campaigns, analyze performance, generate reports and presentations, and ensure consistent high performance.
Mentor and build a results-driven, innovative, and inclusive team of strategists who are focused on data.
Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for paid search.
Do You Have:
5+ years of experience working in paid search
Extensive experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ads
Deep expertise with automated bid strategies
Experience managing multi-million-dollar campaigns at the enterprise level
Strong analytical thinker
Excellent communicator, team player and collaborator
Intimate knowledge of Google Analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Business, PR/Communications, or related field
Must be a team player and build good working relationships across all functions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines
Agency background a plus

The starting compensation range for this job is $89,300to $117,200.
