Solutions Architect – Enterprise Position Overview: The Solutions Architect – Enterprise (SA) is responsible for supporting sales opportunities by providing technical support and strategy that fit the customer’s needs. The Enterprise SA will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, technical support, and other internal resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs. A key function of this role is delivering technical presentations and demos to prospective customers clearly relaying the value proposition of our solution and showcasing how it works. What You’ll Do: Become an expert on the Fusus solution, available apps, APIs, and roadmap Design, architect, and troubleshoot network design requirements of customers Provide technical presentations and product demos for prospective clients via WebEX, phone, and on site, in support of sales opportunities. Plan for up to 20% travel. Support presales activities, proposal generation when necessary, product positioning, responding to technical clarifications in RFPs Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Fūsus. Provide training and guidance to team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills. Support on-site proof of concepts with major prospects Collaborate with sales with sales team members to advance opportunities. Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alert the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure. Expected to stay current with evolving technologies Who You Are: 5+ years experience as a technical advisor with experience in the VMS or IP Camera Industry B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience. Comfortable with in-depth discussions with a technical audience. Strong knowledge of enterprise network equipment (routers, firewalls, tunnels), configuration and data flow. Experience with security camera systems, VMS, DVR, NVR solutions.
