Job Description

工作职责：

1.深入贯彻公司的环保、安全生产和职业健康制度，作为所负责生产单元和团队的安全执行负责人；

2.根据公司规章制度，负责本班次的安全、生产计划和质量控制的执行，负责生产报表及各项生产统计结果；

3.负责安全操作规程和应急预案的严格执行，协助上级处理紧急突发安全事件；

4.负责追踪、修正品质控制程序，确保成品的品质合格；

5.负责所述团队员工的培训、考勤、劳动纪律和绩效考核管理；

6.负责设备管理，规范使用及保养，生产现场管理，环境因素和危险源的控制等，确保整个单元生产体系的有效运行；

7完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。

任职要求:

1.学历：大专及以上学历

2.专业：化工类及相关专业；

3.五年年以上精细化工、石油化工、新能源或新材料生产企业的生产管理工作经验；

4.熟悉锂等原材料的工艺及生产流程，过硬的质量意识。

5.有过机械相关背景工作的优先
