PALCO, A Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems is seeking an
for a Service Advisor (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Responsibilities may include:
Calling customers
Scheduling Generator Repairs
Scheduling Generator Routine Maintenance
Handling billing issues
Requirements:
Computer Skills
Prior experience of scheduling and repair
Mechanical experience preferred
Multitask and process driven
Must have good communication skills.
Must pass background check and drug screen
This is a fast-paced environment
Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred.
Typical shift is M-F 800am-500pm, but may require overtime as dictated by the needs of the business.
