Job Description:

Program Business Analyst/ Technical Writer

Candidate must have SAP experience with funds management, asset management, military construction/real property accounting and/or MIPRs. This position conducts work directly related to management or general business operations in an organization or functional area. The work requires advanced knowledge gained from a prolonged course of specialized instruction, experience, and expertise. The position includes work requiring the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain FSD Process Documentation and Reference Materials including but not limited to:

-Process Maps (typically in MS Visio and/or Adobe PDF)

-Standard Operating Procedures (MS Word)

-Handbooks (MS Word)

-Placemats (MS PowerPoint)

-Checklists

• Attend meetings to capture process document requirements from client; ask clarifying questions in appropriate setting; facilitate client working sessions.

• Incorporate internal and external comments to process documentation in a timely manner.

• Identify and articulate opportunities for improvement to business process and documentation.
