About our team:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in iWARHOUSE technology division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within their designated region, enabling regional Support & Service Centers, and supporting key strategic national business partner businesses. This role would be providing expert support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

About the position:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the iWAREHOUSE technology business.
  • Set sales targets and provide direction and support to Solution & Support center to meet internal and corporate growth targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching, assess progress, and provide feedback.
  • Train and assist in onboarding new sales representatives as needed.
  • Support Solution & Support Center sale leadership in their ongoing coaching, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team to improve performance and foster professional growth.
  • Cultivate a collaborative regional & local team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially large clients who have multi-faceted needs, in the warehousing and distribution industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction for strategic accounts. Serve as an escalation point for regional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as product development and customer support to deliver seamless solutions and support to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the warehousing and distribution sector.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Provide input to senior management on pricing, product development, and marketing initiatives based on market feedback and sales trends.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of professional sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably involved with technology in some capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 70%.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $105,000 - $135,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation. This position is eligible to be remote.
