EXAMINATION/SELECTION PROCESS

The examination/selection process will consist of the steps detailed in order below.

The examination process will consist of an auto-scored relevant Training and Experience (T&E) evaluation based solely on the candidate's responses to the supplemental questions (weight: 100%). Candidates who pass the Training and Experience evaluation will be placed on an eligible list ranked according to the auto-scores. Candidates ranked within the top banded scores on the eligible list will be forwarded to the hiring department for departmental interviews. This interview process will be the basis for final selection. All examinations will be given in San Mateo County, California and applicants must participate at their own expense.

    This position REQUIRES current California registration as either an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT); or current California license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). (Please include your license or registration number on the Certificates & Licenses section of the application. A "None of the above" answer will disqualify you from this recruitment.)
