About the position: The Professional Services Coordinator is part of Raymond’s Customer Intelligence team. Our team helps Raymond’s customers get the most out of their iWarehouse forklift telemetry data by offering customer-facing training, data reviews, and custom analytics.

The Professional Services Coordinator works closely with the Professional Services Specialists and Managers, as well as our Data Analytics team, driving projects in a team setting. They are a key resource who helps ensure seamless customer response from our group.

This position is remote and requires approximately 10% travel. The selected candidate will be assigned west coast accounts and will need to cover hours through 5 p.m. Pacific time.

You will:

  • Initiate customer outreach efforts, schedule customer engagement meetings, arrange for system access, and maintain service hour tracking
  • Be instrumental in administering our onboarding programs and help drive the creation and maintenance of our standard work and internal documentation
  • Provide key support to our account owners during customer engagements
  • Be responsible for facilitating trainings with customers on how to utilize telematics data
  • Exchange information and resolve issues with stakeholders inside and outside the Company over a variety of project-related issues
  • Analyze current practices/procedures and make recommendations/decisions for change
  • Maintain records with appropriate supporting material, and update records as necessary
  • Review complex reports and data
  • Provide customer-facing analysis, summaries, and resulting action plans

About the schedule: This position is remote work eligible.

If preferred, a hybrid schedule can be considered for candidates local to Greene, New York.

About remote work:

Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. About you:

  • A minimum of two years of project management experience is required.
  • Technical expertise is not required but candidate needs to be familiar enough with concepts to communicate effectively with customers and internal technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with training audiences, facilitating meetings/group exercises, or teaching.
  • Heightened attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you had:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, business intelligence or related field of study is preferred
  • Experience using Excel and Powerpoint. Exposure to SQL and BI Tools.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $58,714 - $75,279 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
