The Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Backlog Management: Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects customer priorities and is visible to all stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, including defining release scope, setting objectives, and managing dependencies.
User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered features meet customer expectations and quality standards.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and effectiveness, using data to drive decision-making.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with product management tools, particularly Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
