Responsabilidades Generales
•Plans, coordinates and controls short and long terms objectives.
•Establish initiatives to promote cost efficiency and improve services and productivity.
•Analyzes division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, and allocates operating budget.
•Coordinates, administrates, controls and supervises the operations of the group assigned.
•Directs and coordinates promotion of products and services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
•Continuously revises and updates internal processes, measurements, programs, and policies to improve expected outcomes.
•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
•Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
•Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Educación y Experiencia Requerida
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited four-year (4) college or university.
Minimum of four (4) years of related experience and training.

Knows how to identify relevant resources, conduct research, observes, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all them.
Communicate effectively both oral and written in Spanish and English. Speaks correctly, fluently and provide clear information to different audiences in a comprehensive and assertive way, including but not limited to internal and external clients, team members, executives, consultants, among others. Pays full attention and takes time to understand the points being made and demonstrates understanding. Asks questions appropriately, and does not interrupt at inappropriate times.
Objectively evaluates information, identifies alternatives, choose the best decision and solve problems in an effective way.
Demonstrate self-awareness, self-confidence and self-control in different situations. Manages relationships effectively using empathy to understand every point of view and influence behavior
