Job Description
Description:All In-Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software developed on the Pega Platform. They will be responsible for crafting comprehensive testing plans, mentoring junior testers, and overseeing all aspects of the testing process. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skillset:
Active IRS MBI clearance preferable
Familiarity with testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work remotely and securely.

Develops testing plans that align with project objectives and risk assessments.
Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
