PALCO Power Systems , a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company , has an immediate opening for an Generator Sales - Inside Residential position in our Jeanette, PA branch.

In this position you will be responsible for calling on prospective customers in relation to sales of electrical generator systems. This position would typically run Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm . Additional hours may be required on occasion based on the needs of the business.

Position Requirements:

-Basic to intermediateknowledge of Electrical Generators

-Strong electrical background

-Preferred knowledge with Kohler Power Product Line

-Intermediate computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Word

-A passion for sales with a desire to grow with business needs

-Exceptional organization and communication skills

-Must able to submit to a background check and drug screen - under all state and federal laws

-Possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record

PALCO Power Systems has been a leading supplier of Kohler Generator Systems for factories, hospitals, nursing homes, water and sewage plants, and home standby since 1972. We are proud to offer quality products, parts and a 24 hour – 7 days a week emergency service. PALCO Power Systems is the exclusive distributor of Kohler generators in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and a few counties in Maryland. We provide a variety of natural gas, lp gas and diesel generators ranging from 8.5KW to 3250KW. PALCO Power Systems is also a distributor for portable generators including Honda.

• To be successful, you must be a self-starter, willing to work beyond the "8 - 5 schedule", and make sure the customer comes first with the understanding that customer service is the #1 priority.

  Required experience:

  Electrical Generator Sales: 2 years *

  Valid Driver's License
