Description
A general Enrichment Instructor performs specialized instruction in one (or more DOQ/E) of the following enrichment activities for youth and adults:
Art
Music
Dance
Fitness & Athletics (Sports)
Crafts
Language
Career Development Skills
Works under the supervision of the Program Supervisor.

Prepare and execute lesson plans for the duration of the program; and
This position will work with a wide age range, to be broken down by age category (preschool, adult, senior).
Typical Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of subject area;
Ability to communicate with a variety of ages;
Must complete and pass a criminal background check;
Flexibility in scheduling programs.
Supplemental Information
Physical Demands:
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Walking, talking, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, sitting and gripping. Incumbent may be required on occasion to move and lift up to 30 lbs. (boxes, files, supplies, equipment, etc.).
