We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Application Development Lead with in-depth technical expertise in creating end-to-end application using ReactJS, Node.js, Java SpringBoot framework. As the Development Lead, you will be responsible for guiding developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that leverage a wide range of technologies. Your strong technical background and leadership skills will be crucial in driving the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers (Onshore/Offshore) of full stack web applications and contribute to all phases of implementation starting from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify/discover requirements.
Take ownership of one or more Maximus Digital applications and become the go-to subject matter expert of these applications.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and designers, to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business requirements.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Perform POCs and propose innovative solutions to solve business problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner, providing support and guidance to the team.
Define and enforce development methodologies, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
9.Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in full stack web application development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, Java SpringBoot microservices, Node.js, AWS Lambda, API integration, Postman, Swagger.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, npm, HTML, CSS and its ecosystem.
Experience with Node.js and its frameworks, such as Express.js, for server-side development.
Experience of designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services using Java SpringBoot.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, S3, Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB.
Familiarity with version control systems and workflow (e.g., Git/Github).
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with a distributed team onshore/offshore
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
