If you livewithin 50 milesof the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA this role will behybrid.This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
Understanding of enrollment technologies, including third party enrollment software providers’ offerings and requirements.
Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with internal/external customers and all levels of management; ability to maintain professionalism.
In depth knowledge of Aflac products and systems related to account management and enrollment
Strong skills in the following Microsoft Access, Excel, Work, Business Objects, IBM Client Solutions, SQL & Visual Basic
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Two to four years of professional job related experience
Experience working on business and technological projects
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Education & Experience Preferred
Insurance industry experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Participates in data analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, related maintenance, and production support.
Assist with defining and developing project scope for multiple projects with assistance from project teams.
Provides technical support to Enrollment Compliance team.
Participates in project-planning sessions with internal clients and team members to analyze development requirements. Tests and implement systems ensuring system meets the needs of internal clients.
Assist with providing ongoing maintenance of software systems, and helps to handle unresolved production support issues.
Makes modifications to existing software applications in accordance with design specifications and division standards.
Prepares and presents status updates for various projects.
Performs other duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $110,000.
