Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking aneCommerce Product Management Specialist who can lead the product development process. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and QA, to define and deliver on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog

  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to ensure that the product is meeting their needs

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that product features are delivered on time and to the expected level of quality

  • Communicate product status, progress, and issues to stakeholders

  • Ensure new functionality meets requirements of functional specifications

  • Proactively seek to advise UI Designers and Marketing Managers of alternative ways of implementing UI functionality

  • Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork among multiple teams

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree and 1+ years of Product Management experience

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies

  • Strong working knowledge of current web UI technologies and approaches

  • Knowledge of web UI technologies including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML/XSL, JSON

  • Experience with website usability, WCAG accessibility, and utilizing website tools to tailor website design

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
