The Role

As our Director of Marketing for APAC, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing strategies in this diverse and dynamic region. You'll understand the nuances of markets like China, India, Japan, and Korea, and you'll use this knowledge to build brand awareness, deepen reseller partnerships, and drive digital and field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our global vision but is tailored for APAC's unique market dynamics.

  • Lead a team in creating and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, focusing on digital platforms, field marketing initiatives and partner/reseller networks.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and local partners to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

  • Collaborate effectively with corporate marketing and BUs to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all marketing activities.

  • Oversee market research and analysis to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

  • Drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Mentor and develop your marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.

Experience

  • Experienced in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of the tech or manufacturing sectors.

  • A strategic thinker with at least 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role, guiding teams and strategies across diverse APAC markets.

  • Skilled in digital marketing, brand development, PR, and partner/reseller marketing.

  • Adept at cross-cultural communication, able to engage effectively with a variety of audiences.

  • Analytically minded, capable of turning insights into actionable strategies.

  • Degree-educated in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • A true "people's person" with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to engage and connect across cultures and disciplines.
