Description
SUMMARY: Performs general tasks as required to oversee the daily operations of the concession stands. Reports directly to Operations Manager.

Oversees the daily operations of the concession stands to include:
Scheduling of staff
Staff training
Inventory and ordering of supplies
Knowledge of opening and closing procedures
Knowledge of safe food handling preparation and procedures
Reconciliation of daily receipts
Able to drive a County vehicle to perform essential functions of the job
Performs other duties as assigned
Typical Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Possesses a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Certifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public.
Exhibits positive attitude and demeanor.
Ability to understand policies and procedures.
Possesses a valid driver's license.
Must be able to complete the Serve Safe certification programs.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Requires regular physical effort including but not limited to walking, talking, writing, typing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing, balancing, lifting, pushing and pulling, sitting, gripping. Maybe required on occasion to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Attends after hour/weekend functions to assist in departmental promotions.
Environmental Conditions:
Indoor and outdoor work is conducted in variable weather conditions. Exposed to high or low temperatures, humid conditions, and other unfavorable weather conditions.
