They should be able to independently troubleshoot issues on Linux/Unix environments.
Should be able to understand the use cases and able to execute some of the adb commands and have knowledge on reading the sherloes ie API calls.
Have experience working with accessibility and 18n testing
Good communication skills to help others troubleshoot issues face to face/VC and through email/chat, attend office hours, conduct automation workshops
Have experience working with google tools - blaze, critique, piper/fig, botanizer
Have experience in understanding the restful api calls
Have knowledge on reading and understanding the Api's written in python & Java
