AON Manager (Non-Life Insurance Broker) in Thailand

Aon is currently recruiting a Manager to join our team in Thailand!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Associate Director/Director in the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs.

  • Day to day management of all client service activities

  • Retention and development of existing accounts

  • Assisting Supervisor in managing work-flow/priorities of all clients under their team responsibility

  • Ensuring all documentation/procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards.

  • Setting/monitoring of team budgets in conjunction with Director

  • Attending client meetings

  • Attending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated.

  • Arranging for processing of adjustments/amendments to insurance programs.

  • Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning.

  • Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wording and endorsements.

  • Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by Supervisor)

  • Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual Preparation.

  • Advising clients on uninsured areas and general transfer of insurance knowledge with clients

  • Coordinating the overseas network where the account requires it.

  • Assisting Supervisor in placement of insurance programme with insurer(s)/reinsurer(s)

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher level

  • Proven minimum 5 years' experience in Insurance Industry or Power Industry

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Thai

  • Good Interpersonal & Communication skills

  • Customer service skills and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
