Role Overview:

The APAC Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and executing comprehensive demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, revenue growth and create lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software industry trends, as well as experience in B2B marketing and lead generation. You should also possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to deliver qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy to achieve MQL and pipeline goals.

  • Own the marketing pipeline generation target.

  • Leverage data to make informed decisions and test new theories.

  • Participate in the creation and operation of global demand gen strategies and tactics to ensure regional alignment and effectiveness.

  • Track and measure KPIs and communicate success and challenges to key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with regional sales teams. Communicate the marketing strategy for the region, establish regular feedback loop sessions, and ensure proper funnel progression.

  • Leverage account-based marketing tools and technologies to increase demand across target enterprise accounts.

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness with a focus on the customer journey.

  • Work closely with key partners to help drive channel marketing strategies.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Sales.

  • Continually drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required.

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B experience in campaign strategy marketing models.

  • Prior experience in successfully working with transformational sales team to achieve mutual results.

  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing campaign strategy development and persona-centric content creation.

  • Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful.

  • Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.

  • Excellent ideation and strategic problem-solving skills to guide team discussion and problem solving with consideration of multiple factors and stakeholders.
