How will you make an impact in this role?
Our team provides solutions to support our customers in multiple places, especially Latin America and the Caribbean. Our ideal candidate should be able to establish conversations effectively with customers from different cultures, must be insightful by understanding customer necessities to provide outstanding solutions, and adapt to our technology with ease. We’re looking for someone with analytic, documentation and time management skills. Expert responsible for the implementation of a pre-sales support program for particular applications or product range(s).
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement coordinated card programs for new and existing corporate clients to achieve efficient and timely implementations.
This will involve collaborating with Business Development and Implementation Solutions on sales and expansion engagements.
Provide technical consulting to clients and prospects alike. This includes providing assistance on reconciliation and payment processes.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills. A core element of this role is to handle the end-to-end implementation process of reconciliation solutions.
Make important contributions on product development and internal process improvements. This will include developing training material to share with internal and external customers.
Provide support and consulting functions based on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other equivalent education.
3-5 years of consulting and onboarding implementation experience.
Customer service demeanour is a must.
Strong communication skills.
Phenomenal teammate. Eager to assist colleagues and ability to work and learn in a multicultural environment and handle ambiguity.
Dynamic and self-motivated to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in English.
Programming and data management skills are required (SQL, Java, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of system architecture and processes surrounding business application software & ERP solutions
Ability to handle sophisticated projects with changing priorities.
