JOB OVERVIEW

For one of our Luxury Brands, we are looking for an Online and content Coordinator who will develop and implement the Brand Online Strategy.

The Online Coordinator will be responsible for: creating the content animation plan for the brand.com and e-retail, monitoring and pushing sales results.

They must have a well-balanced understanding of both Digital and E-Commerce and Luxury areas in order to manage the Global Online development roadmap.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

The Global Online Coordinator is responsible for the conception of BRAND global online roadmap, maintenance, and asset creation process. They will develop new content and guidelines to be shared with BRAND affiliate teams for local development.

The Global Online Coordinator is also responsible for the International Website management: challenging affiliates on sales, profits targets and marketing through site refreshes and performance marketing activities (SEO, SEA, and email activities), as well as forecast planning, directing and coordinating local e-commerce activation plans with affiliates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1/ E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT

Develop and manage the Global online strategy through asset creation, innovation, and optimizations

Drive the Brand’s website asset production schedule based on the Global and local marketing calendar with the artistic director’s team

Ensure the regions localize the calendar to meet their market and region requirements to drive the best online experience in a 360 approach

Manage all briefs, creative requests and necessary documentation that the creative team require to process development – track all the projects and set up the process to ensure timely delivery to regional team

Manage the global development roadmap to ensure continuous enhancement with the Global production team to deliver the best online experience.

Working closely with local market on the new door opening for the brand.com to insure brand equity.

Work closely with product marketing team to insure relevant online offer (online exclusive, GWP…)

Supports monthly analysis of key business metrics.

Develop sales driving digital initiatives (advertising, search etc…)

Work with our global SEO agency to create relevant content for affiliates and follow up on content integration and key KPI’s

Develop Global guidelines on CRM activations and work closely with affiliates on local implementation.

2/ E-PLAYERS MANAGEMENT

Define and drive the strategy to deliver sales for the brand across online retailer.com, travel retail pre-order and pure play sites globally.

Assess the brand's performance on top doors and deliver optimizations recommendations.

Conduct daily site-walks for key retail partners, raising issues where necessary and assist affiliates in the platform and trade optimization.

Deliver global asset kits for key shopping moments and new product launches.

Compile regular reports and analysis of Brand performance across retailers and pure players to maintain a pulse on the business and identify trends and opportunities, as well as competitor activity.

Work collaboratively with affiliate to ensure strong animations plans & trade plans to reach business target.

Work collaboratively with wider Product marketing and GBSC on assortment and forecasts on top doors.

Meet with Regional Online Retailer.com affiliate contacts on a bi-monthly basis to develop, maintain and feedback on strategy and operations for all retailers.

Work with wider brand team on sampling programs for recruitment & retention initiatives at retailer and pure player sites.

Organize best practice sharing calls to share best practices between affiliates.

Contribute to post campaign analysis decks for all key launches, and peak trading periods in order to fully understand performance and key insights to form action for future activities. Share findings with wider teams and in weekly online trade meetings.

Partner with affiliates to gain detailed insight on onsite retailer.com analytics including click through, traffic, sales & ROI

Qualifications

EDUCATION

2 years E-commerce Marketing/Content experience

2 years Project Management Experience

Very familiar with technical online trends and engineering capabilities

Passion to drive the online channel forward through ecommerce and brand building activities.

Strong entrepreneurial skills
