Job Districption
Delivering Aon United end-to-end capability and executing key initiative driving business revenue for China market to achieve business growth
Articulating Aon’s value proposition & capabilities to clients, resolve to shaping better decisions for clients
Collaborating with solution lines and implementing Aon United strategies to explore opportunities in China
Leading a team to find opportunities in both existing clients and prospects
Building exemplary relationships with clients, establishing direct connection with key clients’ reinsurance manager
Support knowledge exchange across regions and local
Skills and experience that will lead to success
5-10 years working experience
Bachelor’s degree or above
Familiar with reinsurance knowledge
Strong communication skills
Excellent in English and Mandarin
