SOL Engineering Services, LLC is seeking a Professional II (AutoCAD) to conduct specific tasks for research and development missions for both civil and military research.
Requirements
Master’s degree in the required area of expertise or has at least 3 years of documented experience in related professional field with skills in the mission area
Have experience in field or laboratory testing, project management, resource allocation, project safety, project proposals or professional certifications in related field
Must be a U.S. citizen, able to pass a background investigation (financial and criminal) and apply for and maintain up to a Secret clearance and have a valid driver’s license
Develop models of proposed configurations in AutoCAD and present conclusions
Document key findings and results from the various efforts into data and technical reports
Prepare briefings to containing overview, methodology and results, modeling and simulation, and options for consideration including potential courses of action
Review and analyze laboratory mechanical property material characterization data
Utilize analysis skills, knowledge, judgment, and an understanding of engineering to author briefing slide reports of research findings
May perform technical or grammatical reviews of technical reports, papers, journal articles, manuals, abstracts, technical letters, special reports, and presentation briefings
