TEKsystems Call Center Representative in Vancouver, Washington

A Premium Baby Product Manufacturer in Vancouver, WA is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the team for a great long term opportunity!

Job Description:

  • Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims

  • Assist customers from start to finish, often times requiring multiple touch points

  • Log call data into computer system

  • Help troubleshoot product issues

  • Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (2-3+ years preferred)

  • Any warranty calls experience is a huge plus

  • Accurate typing and spelling required - preferred 40+ wpm

  • 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
