Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Leader Compensation: ?$19 per hour plus DAILY bonuses (Average First Year Employee makes $22/hr), profit sharing, and 2 weeks Paid Time Off

We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. We are looking for individuals who want to grow their skillsets and move up in the company quickly. You must be able to work long hours while performing outside labor tasks.
Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company.
You will get a percent of each job you complete. That way you are always getting a piece of the pie! This allows our team members to make $30/hr+. Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of ?$19/h?r PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $22-26/hr.

Requirements:
--Team Player --Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone --Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test --Clean Driving Record

--1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)
