Join the Medium Voltage R&D team as an Application Software Engineer, contributing to product design, maintenance, and exploring new technologies.

Job Responsibilities

As our new Application Software Engineer your responsibilities are:

• Contribute to all phases of development including requirement capturing, specification development, design, software development and validation/verification.

• Participate in design and development of test automation frameworks and testing infrastructure.

• Specify and develop test cases according to software requirements.

• Graphical Programming languages like IEC61131-3, Python, C# and JavaScript.

Background & Skills

To be successful in this position you should have:

• Bachelor's degree inelectricalengineering, or relevant field; Master's preferred.

• Good understanding of automated unit, integration and system testing.

• Experience with Python and Robot Framework (or similar).

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings andadhereto defined software processes.

• Stronganalyticalskills and ability to contribute effectively to project tasks.

• Variablefrequency drive or relevant domain knowledge is added advantage.

• Strong knowledge in Graphical Programming languages and C/C++; - knowledge of Python, HTML, JavaScript, and IEC61131-3 in considered a plus
