Fusion Risk Management Renewals Analyst in US, United States

The Role

As the Renewals Analyst on Fusion’s Finance team, you will manage a Renewals Pipeline and provide support to the Renewals Director. Duties include but are not limited to;

Customer Facing Responsibilities

Own specified Client Renewals as delegated by the Renewals Director

Manage auto-renewals.

Prepare and deliver 120-day renewal proposals.

Route contracts for signature through email and or DocuSign

FRM Cross Functional Responsibilities

Update & Deliver Renewals Reports

· At Risk Renewals

· Forecast

· Renewal Pipeline

CRM Opportunity and Account data maintenance and integrity

Assist the Renewals Director with

· Preparation of follow-up proposals / pricing grids

· Internal coordination and follow-up (Legal requests, SalesOps, BizOps, Finance….)

· Coordinating Renewal meetings with clients. (Renewals Director / Account Manager / Customer Success Maner and Client)

· Routing contracts for signature through email and or DocuSign

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines; excellent communication skills; the ability to excel in a growing, fast-paced environment; and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Account Managers, Sales Management, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar degree, or 2-3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree

· 3-5 years’ experience working in a Business Operations, Sales Operations, Contract Administration, or Billing capacity

· Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Salesforce.com administrator experience is a plus

· Proven ability to effectively lead and manage projects, make timely decisions, delegate tasks to others as appropriate

· Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

· DocuSign or electronic signature software tool experience a plus

Milestones for the First Six Months

In one month, you will:

· Complete training on Fusion CRM, PSA, and FFA systems and objects.

· Develop understanding of Fusion contracts and product offerings related to provisioning process.

· Meet with the Revenue, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations & Business Operations teams to understand the interaction between their roles and your role.

· Confirm your knowledge of DocuSign and CRM Contracts and Opportunities

In three months, you will:

· Begin to process initial quotes

· Begin to process auto-renewals

· Coordinate renewal meetings

In six months, you will:

· Own specified Client Renewals

· Own and manage CRM Client data
