Immediate Opportunity! Our client in the Tysons, VA area is currently seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator for a contract to full-time role. In this position, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and administering various human resource programs such as compensation, succession planning, performance evaluations, recruitment, and will assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures. Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include: -Create and maintain personnel files -Assist with new employee onboarding, paperwork and files, manage documents in employee portal -Create and manage job descriptions and templates in the employee portal for onboarding, recruitment, performance management and evaluations -Create, edit and update organizational charts -Assist with administrative work. -Identify opportunities to continuously improve communication tools and content to enhance employee engagement and collaboration. -Other responsibilities as needed
