Per importante cliente basato a Torino ricerchiamo una risorsa da assumere per il ruolo di Site Supervisor.
Il Site Supervisor è il referente di una commessa e supporta il Contract Manager nella gestione del contratto, garantendo che vengano rispettati gli adempimenti previsti.
Il Site Supervisor ha le seguenti responsabilità:
Supportare il Contract Manager della definizione di preventivi e consuntivi,
Mantenere e sviluppare la relazione con il cliente
Gestione e coordinamento del team a suo riporto e dei sub-appaltatori
Gestione della formazione del team su tematiche tecniche e di sicurezza
Monitora le condizioni di lavoro affinché siano rispettate le policy e i processi relativi alla salute e sicurezza e segnala eventuali anomalie
Verificare la completa e corretta esecuzione delle attività manutentive (ordinarie e straordinarie) nel rispetto degli SLA e dei piani di manutenzione concordati
Coordina l’esecuzione di piccoli progetti
Rendicontazione contabile della commessa
Supporta il Contract Manager nella gestione del budget di commessa
Monitoraggio degli obiettivi di budget ed elaborazione dei report in collaborazione con il Contract Support ed il Team Finance
Le candidature idonee per il ruolo di Site Supervisor dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale in aziende operanti in ambito impiantistico, edile, ecc
Capacità di analisi dei dati quantitativi e documentali al fine di supportare il monitoraggio del contratto, del budget e della reportistica
Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento
Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi
Attitudine al lavorare di squadra
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of four years of related progressive experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Facility Management certification is desired. Driver's license may be required.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
