ADP Project Manager in Tunis, Tunisia
Overview
The ADP Sales Efficiency team will be focused on supporting the ESI Sales organisation to achieve ADP defined sales goals. This role will be a key, strategic and leadership partner to help support the Sales Organisation.
In this position you will be responsible for scope and management of Commercial Operations initiatives/projects helping the team to see them successfully through completion. Examples of Commercial Operations initiatives include rolling out new tools, transformation projects, Go to Market initiatives, processes efficiencies.
Working very closely with the Commercial Operations Leaders and WW Project Management team to ensure consistency across the function.

Key Objectives
Lead large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization
Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
Direct project timeliness and budgets
Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
Employs highly developed consultative skills
Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI and post-project review
Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives
Key Requirements/Experience:
Positive Self-Starter . You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to build relationships with all levels without fear. You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone while leading a project team.
PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
Excellent written and spoken English.
Five years (05) of Project Management Experience
Prior work experience managing medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects
Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
Project Management Degree is great but not required. Relevant experiences is to include:
Proved track record in a Project Management role
Preferred Experience/Qualifications :
Advanced knowledge of HCM and have worked in a Commercial Operations environment before.
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, problem solving and facilitation skills
Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables
Expertise with Visio & Smartsheet
Commitment to being accountable for results
Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization
Proven track record of building relationships both internally and externally
Strong focus on client service
Ability to think independently, influence and make decisions
Strong interpersonal skills
