Steel Tool and Engineering Co Flourescent Penetrant Inspector, Level 2 in Trenton, Michigan
Hiring a Level 2 Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector for the day shift, wage based on experience. The requirements are:
Must be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of FPI
Understand the codes, standards and applicable contractual documents
Be able to direct the work of trainees and Level 1 personnel
Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results
Have the skills/knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard and document system checks
Have a basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology when specified in writing
Be capable of developing work instructions from general procedures
Excellent attendance
