This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
This position performs limited preventative and breakdown maintenance on equipment and machinery assigned by group leader or supervisor. Responsibilities include Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance on plant operating equipment such as conveyors, packaging equipment, slicers, pumps, loaders, and injectors respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operating equipment failures Provide immediate and long-term corrective action to complex operating equipment failures utilizing root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques Utilize advanced maintenance techniques and equipment to assess the health of operating equipment and predict failures before they occur such as thermographic and vibration analysis Repair and modification of plant operating equipment with precision maintenance techniques as necessary Repair and rebuild complex operating equipment and perform all duties in accordance with safety regulations. Candidate must be able to use schematics and blue prints during routine troubleshooting.
