Hyatt Business Center - Guest Service Staff / 宿泊部 ビジネスセンター(ゲストサービススタッフ) in TOKYO, Japan

Description:

お客様の各種ビジネス利用のサポートを行う「ビジネスセンター」にて、以下のサービス業務をお任せいたします。

You are responsible for assisting with any business needs of the guests at Businesss Center located on the 1st floor of Grand Hyatt Tokyo, including:

・ミーティングルームの運営

Handling meeting room inquiries

・配送および秘書サービス等の手配

Arranging courier / secretary services

・ゲストからのお問い合わせ対応(電話およびEメール)

Handling guests inquries via phone calls and emails

Qualifications:

・日常会話程度の英語力

English: Conversational level or above

・基本的なPCスキル

Basic PC skills (typing, answering emails, Microsoft Word and Excel)

・協調性があり、コミュニケーション能力が高い方

Team player with effecitive communication skills

※ホテルでのビジネスセンター、事務経験者 優遇

Advantageous: experieces in business center at hotels or any administrative work

※ホテル未経験者 歓迎

Welcome for applicants with no experiences in the hotel industry
