As one of our talented Estée Lauder Beauty Advisors, you will consistently exceed customer expectations within this luxury brand. Extraordinary customer service skills, outstanding product knowledge, extensive beauty care expertise and strong commitment to achieving all retail sales targets, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years retail experience (preferably within beauty)

· Extensive beauty care expertise (background as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is preferable)

· Service expertise in a luxury/specialty environment: ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and during special events

· Languages: Dutch, English

· Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
