Counter Threat Finance Planner

Position Type: Full Time – Exempt – Contingent Upon Award

We seek exceptional professionals from the Counter Threat Finance (CTF) and Threat Finance Intelligence (T.F.I.) communities to join our team as a Counter Threat Finance Planner.

As a Counter Threat Finance Planner, you will provide CTF/TFI planning support to P.G.I. and our U.S. Government clients. The focus of your efforts includes adversary financial networks that fuel violent extremist organizations operating in assigned regions across the globe. This position reports to the Program Manager.

The Counter Threat Finance Planner will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate and manage intelligence analysis activities, including technical analysis and operational business processes, such as strategic and operational planning, training, operations, and customer support; establishing repeatable processes to support DoD stakeholders, and support the strategic planning related to CTF.

  • Support the USG by providing key milestone and activity information for TFI analysis-related strategic planning efforts and tasks and providing updates to DoD leadership.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • This position is available in the following experience levels:

  • Expert - A Bachelor's degree relevant to the subject area of this contract from a college or university accredited by a body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and at least 12 years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise. Experience in lieu of Education: For this requirement, individuals at this level of expertise shall have a minimum of 10 years' experience regardless of education level (i.e., Master's degrees still require at least 10 years' experience).

  • Experienced - High School Graduate or G.E.D. with ten (10) years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise. Experience in lieu of education: For this requirement, individuals at this level of expertise shall have a minimum of 5 years experience regardless of education level (i.e., Master's degrees still require at least five years' experience).

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License

  • Candidates must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Planning experience working with Interagency Partners.

  • Experience using the DoD Joint Planning Process, to include supporting interagency operations to support national efforts to counter threat networks.

  • Planners shall possess experience working with financial and economic elements of national power.

  • Additional certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or a military Joint Planners Course graduate, is preferred.

  • Be skilled in planning Operations in and for CCMDs and/or U.S. national-level intelligence departments and agencies;

  • Understand USG global efforts relating to counter-threat finance efforts;

  • Understand the DoD Joint Planning Process, to include supporting interagency operations;

  • Recognize and understand Federal agency performance measurement and reporting requirements, preferably specific experience with value determination methodologies within interagency counter-threat finance efforts;

  • Understand the interagency intelligence cycle to include intelligence consumption and production at all levels by all participants;

  • Understand relevant DoD intelligence and intelligence oversight policies, procedures, and requirements;

  • Add course requirements for planners (COL A to provide)

Specific Experience (EXPERIENCED and EXPERT only):

  • Individuals shall be able to show an expert level of skill in working with U.S. government Departments and Agencies (other than DoD) in areas such as policy formulation, finance, law enforcement, and disrupting and degrading the national security threats posed by drug trafficking, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks. In all cases, the specialized knowledge and experience shall directly support the technical requirements of this contract.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Possess and maintain an active TS/SCI Security Clearance for the duration of this effort and;

  • Be willing to sit for a CI Polygraph if required

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass initial and annual drug tests.

  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds

  • Able to walk throughout the job site to meet with employees

  • And able to use standard office equipment including computer and copier
