In this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver services as per the contracted scope, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

  • Ensure all services comply with safety and hygiene standards as per organizational regulations.

  • Maintain efficient performance of BU equipment and systems.

  • Provide customer support for any issues reported from the assigned BU.

  • Attend both virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Acquire and maintain certification according to the BU career plan.

  • Collaborate with and mentor less experienced engineers.

  • Report weekly activities and expenses.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support their automation and control needs.

  • Offer technical recommendations to clients.

  • Implement and enforce to Quality Management System procedures and instructions.

  • Identify and accurate documentation deviations within the management system.

  • Maintain service center equipment and ensure accurate use.

  • Conduct final inspections of serviced equipment when required, ensuring non-involvement in the process.

  • Release serviced equipment after final inspection.

  • Advise the Quality Engineer of any non-conforming equipment.

  • Raise issues beyond your capabilities promptly.

Who you are:

Emerson Process Management has two Service Centers that support BUs in the Final Control division, including manufacturing Fisher valve parts and providing equipment repair services, assembling and calibrating new equipment, Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs), and integrating shut-off valves for various industries.

For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Higher Technical Degree.

  • 3-5 years of experience in servicing/repairing control and shut-off valves.

  • Proven experience in communication protocols and control systems.

  • Experience in repairing Relief Valves (PRVs) and various actuators.

  • Proficiency in Office Suite.

  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and P&IDs.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Availability to work flexible hours.

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

  • Intermediate technical English proficiency.
