The Opportunity

  • An MEP Manager is required to oversee, coordinate and support the delivery of all utility infrastructure projects for the Royal Commission of Al Ula (RCU). Support RCU their contractors and consultants to ensure the contractors are delivering on their contract obligations. Management of the CBRE utility engineering team in addition to the support of the RCU team delivering this portfolio of works.

  • Stakeholder management will be a significant element and of high importance to the client.

Key Tasks

  • Managing the overall MEP design and delivery teams (CBRE, RCU and Contractors)

  • Managing the installation, operational and maintenance phases of the utility work across Al Ula

  • Stakeholder management will be a significant element and of high importance to the client in particular the engagement and clarity of information to the general public, government departments and the client

  • Engaging with Saudi Arabia utility companies to mitigate

  • Ensuring compliance with all RCU guidance and processes both office and in particular site operations

  • Clearing and accurately programming, scheduling, executing works and the coordination of work packages outside of the scope of the utility work plan

  • Producing, managing and issuing clear update/weekly reports to the client

Our ideal person is someone who:

  • Relevant sector qualification (ideally degree level with ongoing professional development undertaken), minimum of 10 years’ experience in this field is mandatory.

  • Fluency in English, verbal and written. Arabic would be a significant advantage due to the volume of site work.
